Pastina with asparagus😍
Easy and quick and perfect for a Sunday afternoon.

Ingredients:
1 box of pastina (any kind)
1 cup of shredded parmigiano (can add more/less)
1 bunch of asparagus (chopped in small pieces)
2 pieces of grana padano (rind)
1 shallot (finely chopped)
2 cloves of garlic (roughly chopped)
1-2 cups of pasta water

Method:
Start boiling water for pastina.
In a pan Sauté shallots and garlic (5 minutes) with extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), add asparagus to mixture cook for 10 minutes along with the grana padano rind.
Cook pasta for 5-7 minutes. Reserve some pasta water and add to veg mixture.
